Caregivers Summit

Caring for a loved one can be challenging and, at times, overwhelming. Caregivers understand they have a job to do as a full-time member of their loved one’s care team and need resources to provide that care. This year’s Caregivers Summit will be offered at no charge on October 22 as a virtual event hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association, Dementia Alliance of North Carolina, Transitions GuidingLights, and Transitions LifeCare.
